Welcome to Phoenix Online Training. Here at Phoenix Training I offer simple 6 x 6ft workouts where you can be anywhere in the world and still be able to find the space and time to workout. Whether you or your trainer,  Ari, are out camping or on a road trip- 6 x 6ft Online Training will always be available. 

Ari has been a Personal Trainer for 43 years. She moved to Canada 6 years ago. Ari currently works full time for Kimberley's Eye Dr and in her spare time she likes to hike with her dog or do boxing and workouts with friends in her personal home gym.

I offer online training, pay as you go classes in local spaces including Art Centre 64 and local churches and a boxing studio held in Chapman Camp on weekends. . 

With working full time already and being a true Kootenay girl, it made me think.....Did I really want the commitment of a full time evening business? How could I ever go camping? Paddle boarding? Hiking with my dog? These are the things that I came to Canada for! How could I do both?! I certainly need the money to be able to afford rent and bills!

BRAINSTORM! 6 x 6ft training on the go! Everybody thinks they have to go to a gym, pay a fortune, find childcare, beat the after work traffic to get to your session on time......who needs that?! I don't, you don't! All anybody REALLY needs is a 6 x 6ft space and a decent wifi connection!
